By using Comment Compass ("the Platform") at https://www.commentcompass.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • Free-tier users receive 250 credits and 3 video upload.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Free Tier: Limited to 250 credits and 3 video uploads.
  • Paid Plans: Monthly/annual subscriptions grant additional credits, video uploads, and features.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You will not use the Platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Comment Compass owns all Platform code, designs, and trademarks.
  • YouTube content (e.g., comments, videos) remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Users may delete accounts at any time via account settings.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for YouTube’s policies, API changes, or third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

9. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of Miami, USA.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email, payment details (via account and payment processor).
  • Usage Data: Analytics (e.g., pages visited, features used).

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide, improve, and personalize the Platform.

3. Data Sharing

  • Third Parties: Payment processors, analytics tools.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until deletion.
  • Deleted accounts: All personal data is erased within 3 business days, except where required by law

Facebook Login Integration & Data Deletion

When you delete your account or disconnect Facebook Login, all personal information obtained through Facebook (e.g., profile data, email, friends list, or other permissions granted) is permanently deleted from our systems. This includes:

  • Data imported from Facebook (e.g., name, profile picture, email).
  • Activity or records tied to your Facebook-authenticated account.

No copies or backups of this Facebook-derived information are retained after deletion, except where required by law (e.g., fraud investigations, legal compliance).

Additional notes:

  • Third-party data: Data shared with analytics or advertising partners will be deleted per their policies.
  • Non-Facebook accounts: This policy applies only to accounts created or linked via Facebook Login. Other account types may follow separate retention rules.
  • Aggregated data: Non-identifiable statistical data (e.g., usage trends) may remain.

How to delete:

Deletion completes within 3 business days.
